These funds are intended to address critical issues such as governance in the education sector, improving health services, strengthening primary health services, and increasing resilience to climate change such as floods and droughts, through improving dam safety and irrigation.
One of the projects, called the Primary Health Care Supply Improvement Program (HOPE-PHC), aims to strengthen primary health services in Nigeria.
