**Strengthening the managerial capacities of young entrepreneurs in Bandundu, Democratic Republic of Congo**
In a constantly changing economic context, the importance of developing managerial skills among young entrepreneurs has never been more crucial. It is with this in mind that a workshop was recently held in Bandundu, a city located in the Kwilu province, in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The objective of this meeting was clear: to promote entrepreneurship and stimulate the economic development of the region. This event allowed participants to acquire the skills needed to thrive in a competitive environment, while promoting innovation and local economic growth.
It is undeniable that entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in sustainable development and is an effective lever to combat unemployment. This was highlighted by Emilie Kalutu, Secretary General of the NGO “Projet de relance agricole pour la facilitation alimentaire au Kwilu (PRAFAK)”, during her speech. By encouraging participants to put into practice the lessons learned, she highlighted the importance of applying the knowledge acquired.
The feedback from participants was unanimous: the skills acquired during this training will be valuable in structuring and boosting their business activities. Patrick Idimi, one of the participants, said that this knowledge will be crucial in stimulating the economic development of the city, particularly through job creation.
This workshop therefore represents a major opportunity for young entrepreneurs in Bandundu to strengthen their managerial skills and actively contribute to the economic development of their region. By investing in training and skills development, these entrepreneurs are equipped to face market challenges and build a prosperous future for their community.
