In the Akufo Farm area, located in Ologuneru, on the Ido-Ibadan road, a recent incident hit the court headlines, leaving a community in shock. The Chief Justice, Oluwabusayo Osho, pronounced a final sentence on Alamu, after he pleaded guilty to a charge of theft. The sentence was final: Alamu was sentenced to a prison term without parole and will have to serve his sentence at the Agodi Correctional Prison, Ibadan.
