The 30th edition of the “Young Bankers” training program organized by EquityBCDC in Kinshasa recently ended, at the end of an official ceremony filled with pride and encouragement for the young talents who participated in this initiative. Led with passion by Célestin Mukeba, CEO of EquityBCDC, this event was an opportunity to highlight the transformation and personal development of the laureates.
This intensive six-month program aims to support young university graduates who wish to embark on a banking career. Beyond the acquisition of technical skills, it places a strong emphasis on work ethics, professional ethics and a sense of responsibility. This is how participants are not only trained to become true professionals in the financial sector, but also to embody essential values within society.
Célestin Mukeba convincingly recalled the importance of satisfaction and integrity in the professional world, inviting young bankers to cultivate these qualities throughout their career. With 174 young bankers graduating from this edition, the call was made for them to become a generation of leaders capable of making a difference and promoting positive models for society.
