The creation of hospital alliances and medical infrastructure will contribute to improving access to quality care for the most disadvantaged populations.
The development of agriculture, through the implementation of 500 public interest projects, will enable a transformation of the African agricultural sector by providing it with industrial added value. The promotion of human and cultural exchanges, with the establishment of 60,000 training places for young people and women, will boost interpersonal relations and promote cultural exchanges.
The commitment to green development, with 30 projects focusing on clean energy, nuclear technology and remote sensing, demonstrates the common desire to preserve the environment and adopt sustainable practices. Finally, military aid to Africa, without any quid pro quo, will strengthen regional security capabilities and contribute to global stability.
