Speaking at the summit marking the 30th anniversary of the Yoruba socio-cultural group in Agege, Adams stressed the importance of increased collaboration between state governors and the community to combat the growing insecurity. Professor Kolawole Raheem, as Chairman of the 30th Anniversary Organizing Committee, commended the achievements recorded by the OPC since its inception. He presented honorary certificates to three pioneer members, recognizing their dedication over the decades.
Oba Buari Ola-Balogun, Onirokun of Irokun in Ogun State, meanwhile, encouraged OPC members to maintain peace in their community, urging them to continue promoting the social and cultural values of the group.
