New management team at the DGRKOR of Kasaï-Oriental: towards dynamic financial management

The Governor of the Kasai-Oriental Province, Jean-Paul Mbuebua Kapo, recently issued a provincial decree announcing the appointment of new executives within the Kasai-Oriental Revenue Directorate (DGRKOR), marking a turning point in the region’s financial management.

In this decree, Mpanda Kamunga Nestor was appointed to the position of Director General, succeeding his predecessors. He will be supported by two choice deputies, namely Kadiayi Ilunga Elvis, in charge of non-tax revenue, and Mbuyi Tshikaya Honoré, as Director of Tax Revenue, replacing Kabasela wa Mpanga Célestin.
