The Inclusive and Resilient Rural Development Support Program (PADRIR) has just completed a significant initiative by supporting the state services partners in this project with essential equipment. The donation included DT brand rolling stock, IT tools and office furniture. This contribution aims to strengthen the operationality of these services and provide them with the necessary means to carry out their missions.
Among the organizations benefiting from this generous allocation, we find key entities such as the provincial inspection of agriculture, the national agricultural extension service, the national seed service, the Office of agricultural service roads, the provincial inspection of rural development, and INERA Salubezya. These actors play a crucial role in rural and agricultural development, and the support provided by PADRIR will undoubtedly contribute to strengthening their operational capacities.
Ramazani Radjabu, head of the agriculture and food security division, expressed his gratitude to PADRIR for this timely assistance. He stressed the importance of these office equipment, motorcycles and computer tools to improve the efficiency of their daily work. This allocation comes at the right time to meet the essential needs of these state services.
For Damien Muteba, National Coordinator of PADRIR, the main objective is to ensure the successful implementation of the program’s activities. He emphasized the collaborative approach of PADRIR, which aims to strengthen the capacities of its partners to achieve the set objectives. The resources allocated to these state services will enable them to carry out activities that contribute to the achievement of the overall objectives of PADRIR.
In response to this donation, the provincial authority expressed the wish to see the project accelerate its infrastructure component. This involvement demonstrates the importance of supporting local actors to sustainably improve the living conditions of rural populations and strengthen agricultural development across the country.
