**Congo Food Week Festival in Kinshasa: when local gastronomy is put to the service of humanitarian aid**
The fourth edition of the Congo Food Week Festival in Kinshasa promises to be rich in flavors and generosity. Launched by the Congolicious Foundation, this unique event is intended to be an ode to local gastronomy while being a charitable action in favor of war displaced persons in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
