During the signing ceremony, Mr. Zhang Bowen, General Manager of Huawei, stressed the importance of this collaboration and its commitment to actively contribute to the creation of a local value chain. The selected subcontractors, active in the fields of telecommunications and new information and communication technologies, seized this opportunity offered by the government policy in favor of entrepreneurship and the strengthening of the private sector.
