The arrival of Grâce Nkuanga Bilolo at the head of the Kongo-Central province marked a turning point in the management of resources in this region. Indeed, in order to optimize revenue mobilization, the governor recently appointed eight new directors to the Kongo-Central Revenue Directorate (DGRKC).
These appointments are not insignificant, as they aim to strengthen the efficiency and transparency of tax and non-tax revenue collection. Each director was chosen for his or her specific skills, with clearly defined missions to ensure rigorous management of public finances.
Ngiengo Fukunzila Kawanakio was thus appointed Director of Administration and Human Resources, responsible for ensuring the proper coordination of services and the development of staff skills. Manzenza Jean-Claude takes over as Director of Finance, with the mission of ensuring balanced and transparent management of public funds.
The appointment of Fuka Unzola Mabidi Odri as Director of Tax Revenue underlines the importance given to the collection of taxes and duties to ensure the financing of public services. For his part, Mavungu Mavuna Willy will be in charge of non-tax revenue, a crucial position to diversify the sources of financing of the province.
The other appointed directors, including Mampunda Nioka Héritier, Nlandu Mbizi Alain, Matoto Mpanzu Pitshou and Miantezolo Matondo Rolly, will also have key roles to play in the collection, control, audit and management of the DGRKC assets.
This new management team demonstrates Grâce Nkuanga Bilolo’s desire to professionalize the management of public revenue and to fight against corruption and tax fraud. By relying on competent and committed profiles, the governor intends to ensure efficient use of financial resources for the sustainable development of the province of Kongo-Central.
In conclusion, these appointments mark an important step towards a more transparent and efficient management of public revenues in the Kongo-Central province, with a motivated and competent team led by Julien Zamuangana. Let us hope that these efforts will bear fruit and contribute to strengthening the local economy and improving the living conditions of the inhabitants of the region.
