In a context where the real estate market in Egypt’s new cities is constantly evolving, Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouly stressed the importance of developing an effective marketing plan to promote the sale of residential units. In a meeting with senior officials, including Housing Minister Sherif al-Sherbini and New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) Vice Chairman Walid Abbas, Madbouly stressed the need to ensure optimal use of the assets in the new cities.
Housing Minister Sherbini indicated that more than 35,000 residential units are available in the new cities, designed to meet the needs of various categories of society. NUCA Chairman Abbas specified that five companies have been tasked with marketing the residential units in six projects established in the new cities, such as the New Administrative Capital, New Alamein, New Cairo and 6th of October City.
