In a context where salary inequalities in public administrations give rise to questions and debates, the President of the Republic Félix Tshisekedi Tshilombo recently raised a crucial subject during a meeting of the Council of Ministers in Kinshasa. Indeed, during this meeting, the Head of State addressed the problem of salary disparities which persist within the state apparatus.
It has become clear that differences in remuneration between state agents and civil servants harm social cohesion, negatively impact human resources management and generate harmful injustices.
