A highly anticipated cinematic collaboration is on the horizon for Egyptian actors Karim Abdel-Aziz and Ahmed Ezz, revealed during a recent statement by Karim Abdel-Aziz during his appearance on the show “The Story” hosted by Amr Adib on the MBC Masr channel. The two actors are currently preparing a new project, which follows their previous collaboration in the film “Kira & El Gin”.
During his interview, Abdel-Aziz shared: “We are preparing something new. We are working on several projects with His Excellency the Adviser (Turki Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the General Authority of Entertainment of Saudi Arabia) and there are meetings, because there will be surprises soon. There is something planned for Ahmed Ezz and me, a new collaboration is underway.
Abdel-Aziz’s last appearance in the film “Welad Rizk III” (2024) directed by Tarek al-Eryan and produced by Ahmed al-Sobky was praised, and this time he will once again share the screen with Ahmed Ezz alongside Egyptian actors Asser Yassin, Maged al-Kedwany, Amr Youssef, Ahmed al-Fishawy, Karim Assem, Ahmed Dawood and Eyad Nassar.
The series “Welad Rizk” tells the story of four brothers who turn to illegal activities to improve their financial situation. Immersed in the criminal world, they face various challenges and dangers. In this third part, the years have passed and the brothers have separated. However, a ghost from the past resurfaces, forcing them to return to a life of crime to save themselves and achieve the biggest coup of their lives.
