**Fatshimetrie: Strengthening Food Security for Agricultural Sovereignty in the DRC**

It is also crucial to raise awareness of the importance of food safety and promote a healthy and balanced diet. Consumers have a key role to play in supporting local producers and promoting the consumption of products from sustainable agriculture.
