The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has recently launched a Campaign Council to support the candidacy of Dr. Asuerinme Ighodalo, consisting of a diverse and adept group of individuals selected to champion the candidate’s vision. Led by State PDP Organizing Secretary Tony Anenih (Jr.), the Council comprises notable figures from the party chosen for their ability to effectively advocate for the candidate.
The structure of the campaign includes an Advisory Council chaired by State Governor Godwin Obaseki, a Management Committee, and a State Campaign Council with 200 prominent PDP members. Notably, the women’s wing will be overseen by Mrs. Betsy Obaseki and Mrs. Ifeyinwa Ighodalo, while the youth will have representation from Timothy Osadolor, the National Youth Vice President.
The thorough selection process of the Campaign Council was closely supervised by party leaders, ensuring a highly qualified team to promote Dr. Asuerinme Ighodalo effectively. Additionally, an Advisory Council and a Management Committee have been established to streamline operations and enhance campaign efficiency.
Both the youth and women’s wings will operate autonomously while maintaining collaborative relationships with other campaign departments. This strategic approach underscores the PDP’s dedication to conducting a successful electoral campaign and advancing the principles of candidate Dr. Asuerinme Ighodalo.
