Local elections in Bandundu: The new leaders in action

During the recent assembly of Bandundu communal councils, a crucial stage took place with the election of the final offices. This event of local importance saw the emergence of new leaders within the communal councils of Basoko, Mayoyo, and Disais. These elections mark a turning point in local governance and open up new perspectives for the development of these regions.

In Basoko, Degaule Kabaka Isoto was chosen to chair the office. His appointment is the result of a common desire to boost the actions of the municipality and meet the expectations of citizens. Accompanied by Séraphin Nswele Mbongo, elected vice-president, Macker Kingoma, rapporteur, and Ofointshi Ikwaishongo, quaestor, the new office seems ready to take on the challenges that arise.

In the commune of Mayoyo, Mordochée Fitila Ngay was elected president of the office. With Héritier Nsonso Moke, vice-president, Jérémie Makofi, rapporteur, and Joli Kasuta, quaestor, at his side, the management team displays its determination to implement an ambitious program for the development of the commune and the well-being of its residents.

On the Disais side, Matungala Ngiama was appointed to lead the municipal council. Accompanied by André Kiketi, vice-president, Ferdinand Kipoy, rapporteur, and Mafe Kapay, quaestor, the new office intends to breathe new life into community life and the management of local affairs.
