“Validation of mandates and cohesion within the Mongala Provincial Assembly: a key step for the deliberative body”

The Mongala Provincial Assembly recently validated the powers of substitutes and traditional leaders during a plenary session chaired by Gabriel Mosala. This approach made it possible to formalize the mandates of four new figures called to sit within the deliberative body.

Among the personalities whose mandates were validated, we include Michel Lingepo and Faustin Atanga Libia, respectively first deputy, and Crispin Ngbundu Malengo and Mangbau Ruphin, having been elected twice to sit in the National Assembly. In addition, traditional chiefs Ousmane Luanzu and Jean Simon Boposo also saw their mandates validated to complete the number of provincial deputies.

The unanimous adoption of the internal regulations of the Provincial Assembly during this session testifies to the cohesion within the deliberative body. Of the 20 provincial deputies in Mongala for this legislature, 14 took part in this important meeting, thus illustrating the commitment and active participation of the members of the Assembly.

In short, this plenary session marks a crucial step in the proper functioning of the Mongala Provincial Assembly, and underlines the importance of the processes of validation of mandates and the adoption of internal regulations to guarantee the smooth running of parliamentary activities. .
