The Director General of the Regulatory Authority for Subcontracting in the Private Sector (ARSP), Miguel Kashal Katemb, visited Kikwit, in the province of Kwilu, with the aim of expanding the activities of the ARSP in this part of the country. During a popular gathering, he encouraged the population to take ownership of President Félix Tshisekedi’s vision focused on promoting entrepreneurship. ARSP’s message to Kikwit:

He mentioned that the ARSP was still little known to the population, which is why he came to Kikwit to inform and train the residents. The upcoming installation of an ARSP directorate in the province of Kwilu was also announced.
