He therefore called for increased vigilance in this area to guarantee the transparency and legality of public procurement in the DRC.

Collaboration and coordination between ministries:
Marthe Odio also stressed the importance of close collaboration and effective coordination between different ministries. She recalled that the decisions taken by the Council of State can have an impact on several ministries and it is therefore essential that they work together to avoid any conflict or contradiction of decisions. This strengthened coordination will enable better application of the law and contribute to the consolidation of the rule of law.
