Sarah’s distress:
Sarah is a Gazan lawyer born in France. Like many members of the diaspora, she has been plagued by constant anxiety since the bombing in Gaza began. With her family still there, she lives in uncertainty and struggles to get regular news due to internet cuts. She frantically consults the pages of the Arab media which publish the lists of victims, hoping not to see the names of her relatives there. Sadly, she recently learned that her uncle and his entire family were killed in a bombing while trying to flee to southern Gaza.
