The pre-electoral assessment mission of the Electoral Advisory Council of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) recently visited Kinshasa to assess the evolution of the electoral process in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). At the end of its meeting with the president of the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI), Denis Kadima, the mission expressed its satisfaction with the progress made.
