The importance of the organic framework in the functioning of the Ministry of Hydrocarbons in the Democratic Republic of Congo
The Ministry of Hydrocarbons of the Democratic Republic of Congo recently received an essential tool for its operation: an organic framework developed by the general secretariat of the ministry. The delivery of this tool took place on Tuesday October 18, 2023, in the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of the Civil Service, Jean-Pierre Lihau.
