Behind the scenes of the Steering Committee for the Security of the Electoral Process (CPSE), an important meeting was held recently in Kinshasa. This fifth meeting addressed several crucial issues, including the suspension of the electoral process in the territories of Rutshuru, Masisi and Kwamouth due to the insecurity there.

Regarding the financing of electoral operations, the Deputy Minister of the Budget assured that the necessary liquidity was available.
