Major transformation in N’djili: A new administrative building for the municipal house thanks to the Kin Elenda project

The N’djili communal house in Kinshasa is about to undergo a major transformation with the addition of a new administrative building. This initiative is part of the Kin Elenda project, an ambitious project financed by the World Bank with a budget of 500 million US dollars. The official launch of the work took place on Monday October 16 in the presence of the Minister of State for Infrastructure and Public Works, as well as the governor of the city of Kinshasa.

Improving the working conditions of municipal officials and providing quality services to the population are the priorities of the Kinshasa provincial government. This new administrative building will be made up of several structures, with a total of four buildings planned for construction. It is part of a vast urban development plan which also includes the development of several public squares in the municipality of N’djili.

A building for the Directorate General of Revenue of Kinshasa (DGRK) is under construction in Limete, as well as a three-story building that will house some urban services in the provincial government concession in Gombe.
