The base of the Union for Democracy and Social Progress (UDPS) in the commune of Mont-Ngafula gathered in large numbers this Sunday, October 1, 2023 to welcome Me Socrates MUBENGAÏE, candidate of the political party in power for the next provincial deputations . Despite the absence of the host of the day, Me Jackson Kabamba, coordinator of the non-profit organization “Les Amis de Socrates Mubengaie” represented the candidate and discussed with the base of Mama Yemo 1 on the candidacy of Me Socrates MUBENGAÏE, native of the commune of Mont-Ngafula.
