Precious metal price fluctuations on international markets: what are the current trends?

The precious metals market is currently experiencing interesting fluctuations. According to a press release from the Mercurial Commission of the Ministry of Foreign Trade, the price of copper, zinc and gold is increasing on international markets. On the other hand, cobalt and tin are experiencing a decline in value. Silver and tantalum prices, meanwhile, remain stable. In addition, the price of rubber maintains its stability in the global market.

According to the latest data, the price of copper increased by 0.33% per tonne, standing at USD 8,325.70 compared to USD 8,297.70 the previous week. Zinc and gold also saw a slight increase of 0.33% and 0.33% respectively.

On the other hand, cobalt saw a decline of 0.003% per tonne, trading at USD 32,731.00 from USD 32,732.00. Likewise, tin suffered a decline of 0.93% per tonne, from USD 25,781.00 to USD 25,540.00.

Meanwhile, silver and tantalum prices remain stable. Silver is holding at $0.75 per gram, while tantalum is trading at $300.00 per kilogram.

Regarding the rubber market, prices remain stable, with an unchanged value of 0.84 USD per kilogram.
