The Nouvel Élan political party is preparing to hold its extraordinary congress from September 28 to 29, 2023, marking an important step in the preparation of the upcoming presidential election. The main objective of this congress will be to designate and nominate the New Élan candidate for the presidential election, as well as to approve the lists of candidates for the various upcoming elections.
