Workspaces adapted to constitutional issues:
Located in the Royal district of the commune of Gombe, the new headquarters of the Constitutional Court promises to offer modern and functional work spaces. A large courtroom, offices and other work spaces will be distributed over the 4 floors of this emblematic building. This infrastructure aims to meet the specific needs of the Constitutional Court and to create an environment conducive to the exercise of its power as a constitutional judge.
The president’s commitment and the support of the Constitutional Court:
The laying of the first stone of the new building of the Constitutional Court was an opportunity for the President of the Republic, Félix Antoine Tshisekedi tshilombo, to reaffirm his support for this key institution of the Congolese judicial system. The president stressed the importance of providing the Constitutional Court with adequate working spaces to guarantee its independence and efficiency.
