The Pius Muabilu Foundation relieves the parents of students in Limeté by distributing school supplies
In the Kingabwa district of Limeté, in Kinshasa, the Pius Muabilu Foundation recently carried out a solidarity action by distributing school supplies to parents of students. Under the initiative of Stéphane Muabilu, vice-president of the foundation, more than 3,000 parents have received school kits including bags, uniforms, notebooks, colored pencils and other essential items.
This distribution comes a few weeks before the start of the school year and aims to lighten the financial burden on parents, particularly in the current context of the economic crisis. Stéphane Muabilu expressed his joy at being able to provide concrete support to families and reminded the beneficiary children of the importance of valuing the efforts of their parents by providing excellent work throughout the school year.
The beneficiaries of this solidarity action expressed their gratitude to Stéphane Muabilu and his foundation, underlining their constant commitment to the poorest. A mum said: “We thank Mama Stéphane Muabilu from the bottom of our hearts for relieving us of too heavy a burden. She always performs such gestures and we ask God to multiply his resources so that such actions multiply.” A little girl, one of the beneficiaries, was even inspired by Stéphane Muabilu and his father, Pius Muabilu Mukala, wishing to become like them to help the poorest.
It is important to emphasize that this distribution of school supplies is part of the support for free basic education, a measure promoted by the Congolese head of state since coming to power.
In conclusion, the Pius Muabilu Foundation continues to show its commitment to the poorest by offering concrete help to the parents of students in Limeté. This distribution of school supplies helps to relieve their financial burden and encourages children to give the best of themselves in their educational journey
