Round table on the state of siege in Ituri and North Kivu: a concerted approach for the pacification of the provinces
In an effort to pacify the provinces of Ituri and North Kivu in the Democratic Republic of Congo, President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi launched the work of a round table on the state of siege in force in these regions. Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi also appealed to armed groups present in these regions to lay down their arms and join the Disarmament, Demobilization, Reintegration, Reintegration and Stabilization of Combatants (PDDRCS) program.
