Experts from the Ministry of the Public Service, Modernization and Innovation of the Public Service have joined forces with those of BENEPI to develop these tools for organizing and transforming management methods, intended to enable the National Office for the Study of Industrial Planning to perform its tasks better.

The Minister of Industry, Julien Paluku Kahongya, also welcomed this initiative and announced that other public establishments under the supervision of his ministry will also have this organic framework.
