“Governor of Sankuru and First Vice-President of the National Assembly meet to discuss security, elections and development”

The Governor of Sankuru Province, Me Jules Lodi Emongo, met with Professor André Mbata, First Vice-President of the National Assembly, in the context of security, elections and development of the province. They discussed these various important topics for the region, focusing in particular on the development project for 145 territories initiated by the President of the Republic.

The Governor expressed his confidence in the realization of these development projects, particularly in terms of adequate infrastructure, thanks to the support of the Sankurois and Sankuroises as well as the First Vice-President of the National Assembly.

Sankuru province is also gearing up to secure the electoral process, and the governor has urged political actors to end the violence. He hammered that he will remain intractable in the face of the situation and promised to go all the way if necessary.

However, the governor declined to comment on the crisis in the Sankuru Provincial Assembly.

This meeting between these two personalities is an important step in the development and security of the province of Sankuru. Hopefully this can lead to concrete results for the region and its people.
