Launch of ENAFEP 2023: supervision of schools by the Deputy Minister of EPST

This Tuesday, June 02, 2023 marks the official launch of the certification tests for the National Primary School Leaving Examination (ENAFEP) in the Democratic Republic of Congo. In Kisangani, the Minister of Primary Secondary and Technical Education, Professor Tony Mwaba Kazadi, participated in this long-awaited event. Meanwhile, in Kinshasa, the Deputy Minister of EPST, Aminata Namasia, visited a few schools to ensure the smooth running of the exam.

His first stop was at the EP Bolingani in Kintambo where he was warmly welcomed by the authorities of the sub-sector as well as the students. In her speech, Ms. Namasia encouraged the students to persevere so that the exam goes smoothly. She also stressed that she was there to supervise the exams, at the same time as the minister in Kisangani.

The Deputy Minister then went to the CS Joyeux Lutins of Bandalungwa to encourage the candidates of this other examination center. It should be noted that the Bolingani center received 1516 candidates including 870 girls and 646 boys, while the CS Joyeux Lutins center received 515 candidates including 257 girls and 258 boys.

With this launch of ENAFEP 2023, Congolese students are one step further in their school career. It is important to underline the importance of basic education as being the foundation of the development of any country, in particular for the DRC. Through the supervision and supervision of the exam by the competent authorities, Congolese students have every chance of passing their exam and building a promising future.
