BRALIMA is committed to respecting the law on subcontracting in the DRC
As part of its mission to verify the application of the rules of subcontracting in different sectors of the national economy, the Regulatory Authority for Subcontracting in the private sector of the DRC visited BRALIMA . This company, which has been producing a wide variety of beers and soft drinks for more than 100 years, took the opportunity to present the delegates with the details of its production process.
During the exchanges, the Director General of BRALIMA stressed that his company was ready to help the Congolese government to reduce poverty among the population. Committed to strictly applying the law on subcontracting without hesitation, the management of BRALIMA explained that their company would serve as a model for enforcing this law.
BRALIMA, a member of the Fédération des Entreprises du Congo (FEC), has signed a memorandum of understanding with the ARSP to support the latter in the application of the law on subcontracting. The visit of the ARSP delegation to BRALIMA is therefore part of this partnership.
The Director General of BRALIMA also stressed the importance of collaboration between companies and the government to ensure compliance with the laws of the Republic. While reaffirming his commitment to respect the law, he called on the Congolese State to play an educational role to help companies comply with their legal and regulatory obligations.
In short, BRALIMA is determined to play its role in the strict application of the law on subcontracting in the DRC, thus contributing to the establishment of a healthy and fair economic environment.
