Paris-Brussels: the trip of the Secretary General of Udps/Tshisekedi in May 2023
The Secretary General of Udps/Tshisekedi and Vice-President of the Socialist International, Augustin Kabuya, visited the Paris-Brussels axis with a delegation made up of important members of his party and executives.
In May 2023, the Secretary General had intense political activity in Belgium and France. Upon his arrival at Zaventem airport, Mr. Kabuya was warmly welcomed by activists and executives of his party as well as those of other Udps allies.
Mr. Kabuya met with several delegations, including members of the Federations of Great Britain, Belgium, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and the Netherlands and Germany. All these people thanked and congratulated the Secretary General for his commitment and his expertise.
During these meetings, Mr. Kabuya discussed many subjects, including the situation of the major problems weakening the federation of Great Britain, the importance of sincerity and unity for the members of the Belgian federation, the wish the erection of the entity of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg into a federation, and meetings with the Udps communities of Belgium.
The Secretary General also visited Alexandre Ngyekama, the Federal President hospitalized at the Gonesse Hospital Center in the Ile de France region, with a message of comfort and support.
At the end of this visit, the Secretary General took the opportunity to discuss issues concerning the state of the diplomatic mission, the shortage of passports, communication with other embassies and the march of the opposition of the May 20, with the DRC ambassador to Belgium.
To conclude, this visit by the Secretary General of the Udps/Tshisekedi made it possible to strengthen the links and relations between the members of the Udps in Europe and the party itself.
