The Caisse Générale d’Epargne du Congo (Cadeco) is more than ever determined to demonstrate redoubled efficiency, despite the difficulties that arise in their path. It is a team led by a president with an ambitious vision, who works tirelessly to breathe new life into the institution, in order to prepare for the future with serenity.
During a meeting of the Board of Directors held on Friday, June 2, 2023, Jean-Pierre Dikoma Kitengie, Chairman of the Board of Cadeco, had one major concern in mind: to leave future generations a solid and healthy organization, despite current challenges.
The actions taken so far by Director General Juliette Mughole Mbambu were scrutinized by Board members, who expressed their satisfaction with the achievements made so far, while showing strong determination to do more.
Their roadmap is indeed ambitious, with, among other things, the project to renovate the administrative building, long abandoned. The renovation work will make it possible to renovate and modernize the premises, to provide a more pleasant and functional working environment for employees, and to reassure customers of Cadeco’s determination to relaunch itself.
This ambitious project seems to mark a decisive turning point for the banking establishment, which, despite the difficulties it has been able to overcome, displays renewed confidence in the ability of its team to meet the challenges it faces.
