UBA DRC appoints Mr. Joel Ilela Bukasa as new ad interim Managing Director

UBA RDC bank recently announced a major management change. Since June 22, 2023, Mr. Joel Ilela Bukasa has been appointed ad interim Chief Executive Officer. This appointment reflects his solid expertise in the Congolese banking sector, with no less than 17 years of experience in customer service.

Mr. Joel Ilela Bukasa is also recognized for his commitment to Africapitalism, an economic philosophy that encourages the development and empowerment of Africa through the private sector. He is continuously trained in various fields of the economy, which enables him to provide innovative solutions adapted to the needs of the bank’s customers.
