Despite these initiatives, challenges persist. For example, the “one-stop shop” responsible for issuing the necessary legal documents to traders is struggling to meet demand. The CSOs nevertheless encouraged sellers to comply with the law by obtaining the Register of Commerce and Personal Property Credit (RCCM), national identification and the provincial license. Much remains to be done to improve the business environment and facilitate administrative procedures for traders.
