Training in Digital Law and OHADA Law: Strengthen your skills in these booming fields
In an increasingly digitized world, it is essential to keep up to date on the latest legal developments related to digital. This is why Cabinet Ntetika SCP offers three training sessions dedicated to digital law and OHADA law.
The first session, which will be held on August 3, 2023, will focus on digital activities and services as well as the protection of personal data. With the promulgation of Ordinance-Law No. 23/010 of March 13, 2023 on the Digital Code, new legal obligations have been put in place for companies operating in the digital sector. This session will allow you to obtain a general overview of this new code, to understand the rights and responsibilities related to digital activities and to deepen your knowledge on the protection of personal data.
The second session, scheduled for August 10, 2023, will focus on enforcement under OHADA law. Enforcement procedures are essential elements of legal litigation and it is important to master their mechanisms. This session will allow you to understand the procedures for attachment and attribution of debts as well as foreclosure, by closely examining the pleadings and judicial practice in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Finally, on August 18 and 23, 2023, a general public training will be organized at Boboto College. This session will cover various topics such as the general overview of the Digital Code, civil and criminal procedures in the digital age, cybercrime and enforcement procedures under OHADA law. This training is open to a wide audience, including companies, lawyers, magistrates, corporate lawyers, chartered accountants, players in the digital ecosystem, the private sector, students and anyone interested in these themes.
Each training session will be led by experts from Cabinet Ntetika SCP, thus guaranteeing quality content and transmission of knowledge adapted to your needs. In addition, a certificate of participation will be issued to each participant.
