The Democratic Republic of Congo is launching an international call for tenders for the acquisition of computer equipment for the Technical Committee for Monitoring and Evaluation of Reforms (CTR). The market, without prequalification, is open to all eligible candidates and concerns the acquisition of a single lot of 371 laptop computers, 732 desktop computers, 371 printers and 732 inverters.

The CTR has obtained funds to finance this acquisition and is soliciting sealed bids. Interested candidates must provide the necessary documents to prove their eligibility and ability to provide the requested materials, ranging from administrative requirements to technical capabilities and similar experiences.

Tenders must be accompanied by a bank guarantee for an amount equivalent to one percent (1%) of the lot and must be submitted no later than June 29, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. local time (UT+1) to the address of the CTR in Kinshasa.
