“The Deputy Minister of EPST in the DRC visits schools to supervise the National Examination of the End of Primary Studies”

The Deputy Minister of Primary Secondary and Technical Education (EPST) in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Aminata Namasia, recently visited some schools in the city of Kinshasa to inquire about the conditions for taking the National Examination End of Primary Studies (ENAFEP).

During her visit, she encouraged students to be more insightful to overcome this ordeal, while supervising the smooth running of the exam in schools in the sub-sector.

Thus, the Deputy Minister began her round of visit to the EP Bolingani of Kintambo where she was warmly welcomed by the authorities of the sub-sector as well as the students who wore a sober black and white outfit, and decorated the courtyard.

The Bolingani center recorded a total of 1,516 recipients, including 870 girls and 646 boys, while the CS Joyeux Lutins center in Bandalungwa had 515 students, comprising 257 girls and 258 boys.

The Deputy Minister then went to the CS Joyeux Lutins in Bandalungwa, where she continued her tour of the rooms, encouraging and motivating the recipients.

These visits, in the current context of the ongoing health and education crisis, were a confirmation of the EPST’s commitment to education in the DRC. The participation of the deputy minister in the supervision of the national primary school leaving examination is a sign of the ministry’s active involvement in the success of the current school year.
