The national primary school leaving exam (ENAFEP) 2023 edition started on Thursday, June 1 in the province of Kasai Central. The launch of this examination was carried out by the vice-governor of the province, Martin Makita Nfuamba, in the Diakaja primary school.
More than 60,000 finalist candidates have been registered, including more than 29,000 girls, to participate in the tests which ended on June 2. This figure recorded this year shows a clear increase compared to that of the previous year which was 58,809 candidates.
The Vice-Governor thanked the President of the Republic Félix Tshisekedi for his efforts in favor of education, in particular the construction of numerous school infrastructures across the country and the establishment of free primary education.
As a reminder, last year the COVID-19 epidemic disrupted the holding of this exam, but this year the candidates were lucky enough to be able to take it.
We hope that this edition of the exam will go well and that candidates will be able to continue their studies in the best possible conditions for their future and that of the country.
