“Trans Academia: students complain about the lack of punctuality of the buses and the complexity of the controllers”

Improved writing:

Students in the public sector, users of public transport from the company “Trans Academia”, express their dissatisfaction with the lack of punctuality of the buses and the complication of the controllers, which leads to delays in their arrival to classes.

Many students on the Mbudi-Ifasic, Mikondo-Ifasic, Matete-Isp and Pascal-Isp lines have complained about the service provided by this public transport company. According to an IFASIC student finalist who preferred to remain anonymous, “It is almost every day that I arrive late at the Institute because of the lack of punctuality of the buses. I often arrive on time, at the level of district 1, to wait for the bus which often arrives an hour later”.

Another student, residing in Matete, also expresses his frustration: “Personally, I am starting to regret a lot. If Trans Academia does not improve, I will be forced to unsubscribe”.

It is important to remember that Trans Academia is a public company created a few months ago in Kinshasa with the aim of transporting students from universities and public higher institutes.

Faced with these recurring complaints, the students are asking the transport company to increase the number of buses and improve the organization of their operation in order to avoid these inconveniences and allow subscribers to travel in good conditions. Indeed, the number of beneficiaries of these lines continues to increase.

It is necessary that Trans Academia take these remarks into account and work to improve its services to meet the expectations of students and ensure their transport in an efficient and punctual manner
