The military front against the aggression of Rwanda and its M23 auxiliaries will be the last option, after diplomacy, said Saturday the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Felix Tshisekedi, during a program on national television.
In this special broadcast, President Tshisekedi responded to the concerns of his compatriots about the situation in eastern DRC and the steps taken to pacify the region. He affirmed that diplomacy remains his priority, while preparing the defense and security forces to face any eventuality.
