“A new step towards development: The construction works of the urban road of Mbuji-Mayi successfully launched in the province of Kasaï-Oriental”

The construction works of the urban road network in five municipalities of the city of Mbuji-Mayi, in the province of Kasaï-Oriental, were successfully launched on Sunday July 9, 2023. The Governor of the city, Patrick Mathias Kabeya, accompanied by his Deputy Chief of Staff, Tobie Kayumbi Tumba, the Minister of Infrastructure and Public Works Alexis Gisaro and the Director of the OVD Victor Tumba, kicked off this long-awaited work.

This urban road will extend over a total distance of 14.35 km, crossing the communes of Muya, Dibindi, Pibemba and as far as the commune of Kanshi.
