These union elections mark an important step in the representation of CNSS workers. The elected union organizations will have the mandate to defend the interests of the workers for the next few years.

It is essential to highlight the crucial role of trade unions in protecting workers’ rights and promoting better working conditions. Union elections allow workers to freely choose their representatives and strengthen the collective voice of workers within the company.

These results show the willingness of CNSS workers to actively engage in the defense of their rights. Let’s hope that the new elected trade union organizations will be able to meet the expectations of the workers and contribute to the improvement of working conditions at the CNSS.

In conclusion, the trade union elections at the CNSS in the Democratic Republic of Congo resulted in the victory of the Trade Union Confederation of Congo. This opens new perspectives for the defense of the rights of CNSS workers and marks an important step in the promotion of better working conditions in the DRC
