The economic week organized by the University of Goma was marked by the participation of the Director General of the regulatory authority for subcontracting in the private sector, the Honorable Miguel Kashal Katemb. As part of this conference-debate on the promotion of entrepreneurship, DG Miguel Kashal addressed various topics concerning the emergence of the Congolese middle class and the impact of the ARSP (regulatory authority for subcontracting ) on the national economy.
During his speech, DG Miguel Kashal stressed the importance of supporting the Head of State’s vision on entrepreneurship. The conference also gave the floor to the directors general of FOGEC (Guarantee Fund for Congolese Entrepreneurship) and ANADEC (National Agency for Business Development and Promotion of Entrepreneurship). They both explained the important role of their respective structures in government policy aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and achieving the emergence of a real Congolese middle class.
The students and young entrepreneurs present welcomed the vision of the Head of State, as presented by the large delegation of public establishments under the supervision of the Ministry of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises). They appreciated the mastery of the subcontracting sector by the DG Miguel Katemb of the ARSP.
To materialize the vision of the Head of State in the subcontracting sector, DG Miguel Katemb Kashal announced the official opening of the provincial directorate of the ARSP in the province of North Kivu.
