The province of Kasai Central has provided the Congolese National Police (PNC) with twenty Boxer brand motorcycles to facilitate their movements. The objective of this endowment is to strengthen the safety of the inhabitants of the province. This event took place at the administrative building of Kananga in the presence of the provincial commissioner of the PNC/Kasaï Central.
The caveat was clearly stated. Any misuse of these motorcycles will have legal consequences. The beneficiaries must therefore use them as a “good father” and respect the instructions.
This is the second time that the PNC has received an endowment of motorcycles. The first, of 10 motorcycles, had been purchased with the province’s own funds and offered to the police a few months ago.
The provincial government of Kasai Central is thus pursuing its policy of protecting people and property. This donation provides concrete support to the police in their mission to protect the population and will facilitate interventions if necessary.
