The Democratic Republic of Congo is currently preparing the 9th Games of La Francophonie which will be held in Kinshasa, the capital, from July 28 to August 6, 2023. 74 days from this event, the Kinshasa people, inhabitants of Kinshasa, express their confidence in the organization of these games.
Work is progressing rapidly, although some projects are still in progress. The sports infrastructure necessary to host this competition will be ready in time, assure several Congolese. For them, these Francophonie Games will bring together the best young French-speaking artists and athletes. This is why it is essential that the Democratic Republic of Congo organizes them successfully.
Several states and governments have already promised to participate in this 9th edition of the Games of La Francophonie. The DRC must take up the challenge and succeed in organizing this major event for the promotion of sport and French-speaking culture.
It is important to note that these games were originally scheduled for 2021 before being postponed to August 21-28, 2022 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
